All That Is Wild

A brief reflection on the curation of nature for the purposes of leisure. All That is Wild is a short correspondence film to a dear friend with whom I shared a trip to the Oregon State Zoo. We walked through, hardly voicing a word until reaching the polar bear exhibit. A crowd was pressed against the glass, which had a note taped on the opposite side informing the guests that Tasul, the polar bear's sister, had recently died. This is a film for Tasul and a combination of found and photographed material during that trip.
